Great customer service is rare.
I’m a car guy and ordered a couple vintage Porsche prints for my garage from CustomCarPosterCo. I received the prints, and the print quality was good, but with one of them, the vintage ad copy did not match the exact model of car portrayed, and I was a little disappointed. I provided that feedback to CustomCarPosterCo and referenced a period magazine ad copy to use as a suggestion, and almost immediately Charlie from CustomCarPosterCo reached out to me. She offered to update the copy and send me a new print right away. Wow. This was an exceptional (and rare) customer experience. Thank you Charlie!
