Frequently Asked Questions

I received my print but it arrived damaged. What do I do?

Please reach out to us and let us know. We will try our best to resolve your matter. We may require you to take a photo of both the damaged print and shipping box so we can forward them to the courier company. In most cases we can offer you a replacement print.

I have a tight delivery timeframe. Do you offer expedited shipping?

We do offer expedited shipping. Please reach out to us to get a quote. Within U.S./Canada, we can also offer local pickup at a Print Lab near your location. Local pickup is fast and can be ready as early as 1 - 2 business days.

Does it come framed?

The price you see at the store is for the prints only and frame is not included.
(Aluminum prints are hang-ready so no frames are required)

Please let us know if you would like us to frame the print for you. We will be happy to provide you with a quote on framed prints.

Do you accept return?

Our prints are printed on demand so in most cases we do not accept return (buyer remorse). However, we do look into it in a case-by-case scenario so feel free to reach out for more information.

How long does it take to make a customized print?

The time it takes mainly depends on the car itself. If the car have unique modifications such as graphics and aero parts, it will take longer to digitize each elements. In most cases, we have a 24 hours turnaround time for custom design.
