Shipping policy
ORDER PROCESSING:
Please allow 1 to 2 days to process your order. We process order daily including weekends. Once your order is confirm and payment is processed, we will digitally send the master print file to our partner print lab within your destination country for printing. Once the printing is completed (usually 3-5 business days), our partner print lab will pack and ship your print. Expect an email with a tracking number within 5 - 6 business days to let you know your order is on the way!
FREE SHIPPING
Orders are generally shipped within 3-5 business days using a tracked service. All shipping is considered domestic shipping as we partner with print lab that is within your delivery country. (e.g, our print lab in U.S. in located in Oregon which handles all the US orders that we receive.)
LOCAL PICKUP:
For order that have a tight delivery deadline, we partner with a local print lab within your neighbourhood (e.g. If you live in New York and require local pickup, we will select and partner with a print lab that is within 15 mins drive of your delivery address). We liaise and facilitate all payment and file submission so you will never be charged again when picking up the order. Generally, there is no extra cost for local pickup option however any additional cost that might arise will be communicated to our customers before processing the order

Your order WILL NOT be subjected to import duties and taxes (including VAT) as we facilitate printing within your destination country so all shipping will be considered domestic and will not incur any additional tax or import duties. All orders include FREE SHIPPING.
REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
We accept returns and exchange up to 30 days after delivery, only if the item is unused and in its original condition. Buyer is responsible for the shipping cost of returning the item to Vancouver, B.C., Canada
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at service@customcarpostershop.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition (including packaging box). In most cases, we will be able to facilitate a re-print if the item arrive damaged. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
